This Service Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms between Vendoras ("Provider") and your business ("Client") for the placement and operation of vending machines at Client's location.

No Long-Term Lock-In
We handle complete installation including delivery, placement, electrical connection, testing, initial stocking with your selected products, and staff training on machine operation.
Scheduled restocking visits (typically weekly or bi-weekly) with fresh products, remote inventory monitoring, automatic low-stock alerts, and product rotation to ensure freshness.
Preventive maintenance services, rapid repair response (within 24 hours), cleaning and sanitation during each visit, and replacement machines if extended repairs are needed.
Round-the-clock phone support, email assistance, online maintenance request portal, and dedicated account manager for your location.
Full equipment insurance, general liability coverage, product liability protection, and workers' compensation for our service personnel.
To ensure optimal service, we ask that you provide:
There are no upfront fees, installation charges, equipment rental costs, or monthly service fees. We invest in the equipment and products, and generate revenue through product sales.
For high-volume locations, we may offer commission-based arrangements where you receive a percentage of sales revenue. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon in writing before service begins.
This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. Service begins on the installation date and continues until either party provides notice of termination.
Why month-to-month? We believe in earning your business through excellent service, not contractual obligations. You stay because you're satisfied, not because you're locked in.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing 30 days written notice. We'll schedule equipment removal at your convenience.
No penalties, no fees, no questions asked.
We may terminate with 30 days notice if: sales volume is too low, repeated equipment damage occurs, or safety issues arise.

All vending machines and equipment remain the property of Vendoras. Client may not move, modify, or tamper with the equipment without written permission.
Vendoras maintains full equipment and liability insurance. Client is responsible for damages caused by negligence, misuse, or inadequate security.
Vendoras works with Client to customize product selection. Vendoras reserves the right to adjust pricing and product availability based on market conditions.
This agreement is subject to our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any conflicts between this agreement and those documents will be resolved in favor of the signed service agreement.
